• Tawhid Boys School is faith centred, disciplined and aspirational, and aims to combine strong academic habits with Islamic moral development and personal responsibility.

• Will suit families seeking a Muslim boys’ secondary with a current Good inspection backdrop, clear expectations and a purposeful atmosphere.

Admissions at Tawhid Boys School are focused, values led and should appeal to families who want a Muslim boys’ secondary in Hackney with a strong sense of discipline and purpose. The school should suit parents who value clear expectations, academic seriousness and a setting in which Islamic moral values are meant to shape everyday school life.

Scholarships are not the obvious draw here. Families choose Tawhid for its Muslim boys’ environment, clear values base and academic focus than for awards or incentives.

The overall picture is relatively reassuring for a smaller faith school, with Ofsted currently showing Good and the school itself highlighting awards and wider achievements. Parents should still visit because the real question is whether the balance of faith life, academic demand and pastoral support feels right for their son.
