• Parsons Green Prep School is a school with its heart in West London. Its published message stresses genuine independence, dedicated teaching and a close community feel, giving the school a tone that is warm, local and confident.

• A strong fit for families who want a lovely village prep feel in Fulham without sacrificing structured teaching or serious 11+ preparation.

Admissions at Parsons Green Prep School are notably warm, visit led and quite personal. The school's own language about being a school with a heart in West London and not part of a large group is likely to appeal to families who want a genuinely independent London prep with a village feel rather than a more corporate proposition.

Scholarships are not the main point. Families are more likely to choose Parsons Green for the combination of personal feel, strong teaching and a clear path through the junior years rather than for awards culture.

The overall picture is current and distinctive. Parsons Green is very clear about the foundations of its curriculum, from EYFS and the National Curriculum to ISEB and 11+ preparation, which gives parents a concrete sense of both warmth and seriousness before they visit.

Assessment at Parsons Green Prep is likely to be structured and purposeful, but framed in a humane way. The attraction is a school that takes academic readiness and 11+ preparation seriously while still wanting to feel caring, local and deliberately un-corporate.
